SURSUB D.P and LAND.XML

Sursub land.xml output used same data as DP plot output. So no doubling up on data , with Auto DP automatic checks on data and OW also codes data with land.xml.

Create D.P plan then 10 minutes Extra to create land.xml file using same data with no editing so if changes are made not a big deal.

Every thing that is in the NSW recipe is in Landmark can do even create strata files.

Ever lot has own rounding of bearing, distance and areas and with areas thet multi lot uses the total of rounded parts .All tables are created from that lot coding.

Example 1: Open Field

Xml file 33,388 lines, 2271 Points, 386 Lots, 414 Easements, 22 Roads

1974 Obsrvations,143 RM pl, 24 RM fd, 167 Monuments, 143 placed fig 4×3

The observation are created from the co-ordinates except when a OW FIX 1X  in file 1973 observation agreed where <10mm and one 14mm

Hatching state and checking observation OW to coordinate fig x2

yellow proposed lots and easement  , red adjoining , pink existing easements

Biggest difference between co-ordinate and O.W bearing /distance was 1 at 0.014

The xml coding is in the lot entities of each lot including parcel state ,type ,use ,out put , irregular line, B/D and Area O.W , B/D Type, B/D desc . B/D and area rounding ,D.P#,

All tagged data goes to plot and land.xml file
All tagged data goes to plot and land.xml file

To create land.xml just press out land.xml same data goes to file

Pop display any errors and a summary of what data was sent to file

Load in land.xml file and Check and Adjust

It will load in all land.xml data and translate in landmark format lots  even plot out as DP

  1. Compare xml B/D observations to points bearing distance
The yellow are differences grater than .02

Check OW displacement  Fig 10x unadjusted

With option to recalculate the points to agree to observations adjusted XY fig 11x

With max difference greater than .005 is 100 , 0.05 is 42 with max 1.115

Changing LST display top shows both calculated by points and file bearing distance

Bottom whites display 324 dimensions with 3 over 30 mm with .033 max
